This is another cake mix yummy. Jell-o cookies are always delicious, but this recipe is easier because of the cake mix. Try them, I think you'll will like them. Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package jello gelatin, any flavor |
2/3 cup vegetable oil |
1 egg |
1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together well.
3. Pinch dough into 1 inch balls.
4. Place onto ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
