Simple, easy to make, and wonderful.
Ingredients:
1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 jalapeno pepper
1 serrano pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1 dried red chili pepper
1 yellow onion
2 garlic cloves
1/3 cup cilantro
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions:
1. In a food processer, pulse the peppers, onion and garlic to a coarse chop.
2. Add Cilantro and pulse to desired size.
3. Add Tomatoes with all remaining ingredients and pulse to around a fine diced texture.
4. Let refrigerate for atleast 24 hours before serving.
