This came from Pace Picante...excellent...always a winner. If you like it hotter add hot salsa. Ingredients:
2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans black beans |
2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans pinto beans |
28 ounces diced tomatoes |
5 chicken breasts |
1 green bell pepper |
2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder |
1/2 cup onion |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 cups chunky salsa |
Directions:
1. Poach chicken breasts and cut into cubes or shred. 2. Dice green pepper and onion. 3. Add all ingredients into a crock pot. 4. Cook for 45 minutes. 5. Serve with rice, shreddred cheddar cheese and sour cream. |
