Jazzed up Saucy Franks ( Hot Dogs )

These hotdogs are wonderful-so much better than just your ketchup or mustard topping.
Ingredients:
1 lb hot dog
2 tablespoons melted butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
11 3/4 ounces condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper, seeded
Directions:
1. Score hotdogs in corkscrew fashion and lightly brown in butter.
2. Stir in next 7 ingredients; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add green pepper; cover and simmer 5 more minutes.
3. Serve in buns.
