From Jay Birkholz Ingredients:
80 frozen meatballs (1 package) |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup white vinegar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup catsup |
2 (15 ounce) cans pineapple chunks |
1 medium onion, cut into wedges |
1 bell pepper, cut into chunks |
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice |
8 teaspoons cornstarch |
Directions:
1. Add sauce ingredients in sauce pan and heat until thick. 2. Add sauce and meatballs to crockpot. 3. Serve when warm. |
