Easy and delicious. My friend Jaye and I loved to work out and eat this after without feeling guilty. Also great for lunch! Barely any fat and filling! Run peas under hot water if frozen to thaw.
Ingredients:
1 bag white rice, cooked
1 can of white tuna in water, drained
1 bag frozen peas, thawed
vinegar (start with 1 tbs)
