This delicious tea is from the Food column by Anjali Vellody of the Weekend magazine that was beautifully and aptly titled Melting Moments for the last week of January. Cheers! Ingredients:
4 teaspoons jasmine tea |
4 cups water |
sugar |
Directions:
1. Place the jasmine tea in a tea pot. 2. Pour the boiling water over it. 3. Cover the tea pot with its lid. 4. Allow it to brew for 5 minutes. 5. Pour into cups and serve hot. 6. Serve sugar separately. 7. Enjoy and say cheers! |
