Jarrett House Vinegar Pie |

This is from one of my favorite places, the Jarrett House in western North Carolina. It's an old Inn that serves the best home style food family style. This is one of their desserts. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
3 eggs |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
3. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
4. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
5. Serve with whipped cream.
