Jared's Buffalo Chicken Wraps with White American Cheese |

This recipe uses my homemade buffalo sauce to make a meal of healthy buffalo chicken tortillas using 3 grilled chicken breasts. Each serving should yield 2 tortillas per person. If you want to reduce the fat content more, then don't use the ranch and go with fat free white American Cheese. Ingredients:
8 whole wheat tortillas |
4 slice american cheese |
4 chicken breast |
4 oz lettuce |
8 tsp fat free ranch |
Directions:
1. Make sauce, place half of sauce in bag with chicken, hold half of sauce for basting while grilling. 2. Marinate Chicken for 3 hours in sauce. 3. Grill Chicken for 20 minutes, flipping every 4-5 minutes on low heat. After each flip, spread sauce on top of breast. 4. Slice chicken into strips. 5. Lay chicken on tortillas, and cheese on chicken. 6. Place Lettuce on top of cheese. 7. Spread teaspoon of ranch on each tortilla, then roll tortilla up. 8. Eat it. |
