1/4 lb soft tofu, drained |
1 tablespoon japanese dark soy sauce |
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar |
3 tablespoons water |
1 teaspoon sugar or 1 tablespoon mirin |
1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil |
Directions:
1. Do not use light sesame cooking oil for this. You need to use the dark Asian sesame oil. 2. Place in blender. 3. Blend for 1 minute. 4. chill or serve immed. |
