Ingredients:
1 -ounce cracked ice |
1 -ounce orgeat (almond) syrup |
2 dashes solution of phosphate or citric acid (lemon juice will work) |
2 dashes angostura bitters |
4 ounces grape juice |
seltzer water |
slice pineapple, for garnish |
Directions:
1. In a 12-ounce glass add ice, almond syrup, lemon juice, and bitters. Fill up with grape juice and seltzer water. Garnish with pineapple. 2. Sells for 10 to 15 cents. 3.
