I don't remember where I got this recipe but it was about 1994 and we still make it. It is so good and different. Ingredients:
1 head lettuce |
2 lbs chicken, boiled and cut |
3 ounces mai fun rice noodles, 30 seconds in hot oil |
1 bunch radish, sliced |
4 green onions, sliced |
slivered almonds, toasted |
sesame seeds, toasted |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar |
2 tablespoons canola oil |
2 teaspoons sugar |
2 teaspoons salt |
tomato |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients just before serving. |
