Japanese Sesame Spinach From Moosehead Restaurant

Easy, flavorful and good hot or cold
Ingredients:
16-20 ounces of fresh spinach
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
Directions:
1. Clean and prep spinach.
2. Steam for 2-3 minutes until wilted but bright green. Set aside
3. Roast sesame seeds in dry skillet until golden.
4. Crush seeds with rolling pin.
5. Combine sugar and soy until sugar is dissolved.
6. Mix in sesame seeds.
7. Mix above sauce with spinach.
8. Serve hot or cold
