I haven't tried this recipe, but i thought it sounded delicious. It was given to me by my best friend. It's a specialty of her mom's.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup raisins
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 (9 inch) pie crusts
Directions:
1. Mix sugar,eggs,melted butter. Then stir in vinegar; mix well.
2. Add coconut and raisins.
3. Mix ingredients well.
4. Pour into pie shell.
5. Bake at 325 for 35 to 40 minutes, until brown on top.
