Japanese Marinade for London Broil |

This is a oil based marinade which is very effective in penatrating tough cuts of meat and tenderizing them.You can use either regular soy or sweet soy sauce (found in asian markets).Enough to marinate 2-3 lbs. Marinate for at least 3 hours..over nite if you can. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon five-spice powder (optional) |
1 dash ground ginger or 1 dash grated fresh ginger |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients together. 2. blend until emulsified in blender/stick blender. 3. Pour into large ziplock bag with meat. 4. refrigerate at least 3 hours. |
