Japanese Green Beans with Beef |

Green beans and browned ground beef are simmered in a sweet soy-based sauce. Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef |
1 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces |
1 cup water |
1/4 cup splenda® no calorie sweetener, granulated |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until evenly brown; drain excess fat. 2. Stir in green beans and about 1 cup water. Cover, and cook until beans are tender, 15 to 20 minutes. 3. Season with SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener and soy sauce, and cook uncovered for 5 minutes. |
