Japanese Ginger-Miso Dressing |

Here is another of my creation. I have many more versions of miso type dressings. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, roasted lightly |
1/4 cup onion, chopped roughly |
2 tablespoons gingerroot, chopped roughly |
1 1/2 tablespoons white miso |
3/4 cup oil |
1/2 cup rice vinegar |
3 -4 teaspoons sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Using a blender or food processor, blend for 30 seconds. |
