Love those restaurants where you get a meal and a show! I always get this dressing to go on the salad.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons minced carrots
2 tablespoons ginger, minced
3 tablespoons celery, minced
2 tablespoons finely chopped lemons (some rind)
1/2 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
2 tablespoons ketchup
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until emulsified.
2. Stir and shake before each use.
