JAPANESE FRUIT PIE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Davis Estate in Anna, Texas in 1994. Ingredients:
1 stick butter melted and cooled |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup coconut |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/2 cup pecans |
1 unbaked pie shell |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. 3. Bake 40 minutes then serve warm. |
