This is an excellent tasting pie. I can't remember where I got this recipe-I've had it for years. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 1/4 cups sugar |
1/2-3/4 cup oleo |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 cup coconut |
1 cup raisins |
1 cup pecans |
1 uncooked pie shell |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Pour into pie shell (8 or 9-inch pie pan). 3. Bake at 350°F, until it won't shake-about 40 minutes. |
