This recipe I got from my Mommy, we both enjoy it over our Earth and Sean Salad
Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup mirin
1/2 cup sesame oil
2 tablespoons gingerroot (grated)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a whisk or fork.
