Ingredients:
2 medium cucumbers |
1/4 cup(s) rice vinegar |
2 tablespoon(s) roasted sesame seeds |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) sugar |
Directions:
1. Peel cukes to leave alternating green stripes. Slice the cukes in half lengthwise scrape seeds out with a spoon. Cut into VERY thin slices. Place in a double layer of paper towel and squeeze gently to remove excess moisture. Combine remailining ingredients in small bowl, stir to dissolve. Add cuke and sesame seeds toss to combine serve asap. |
