These are delicious wings!
Ingredients:
3 lbs. chicken wings
2 eggs, beatn
1 cup flour
garlic
salt to taste
butter for frying
sauce
3 tbsp. soya sauce
3 tbsp. water
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
topping
sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Combine garlic, salt and flour. Dip wings in beaten eggs, then in flour mixture. Fry in butter until golden brown. Place in shallow baking dish. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over drumettes Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 350 F for 1 hour, basting often.
