A wonderful way to do not just chicken wings, but thighs, drumsticks or what have you. The kids will love it Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken pieces |
2 eggs |
3/4 cup flour |
3/4 cup butter |
3 tablespoons cold water |
3 tablespoons soya sauce |
1/2 cup white sugar |
1/2 cup vinegar |
3 teaspoons cornstarch |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350* 2. Beat eggs in bowl. 3. have a seperate bowl for the flour. 4. dip chicken pieces in eggs and then the flour and then fry in butter in large skillet until golden brown on all sides. 5. remove from skillet and place in a shallow baking dish. 6. mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken. 7. bake chicken for 45 minutes. 8. spoon sauce over chicken once of twice during cooking time, and then again just before serving. |
