These are a family favorite. The taste is just right, not too strong a flavor. Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings |
2 eggs |
1 cup flour |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
3 tablespoons water |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Cut off wing tips. 2. Cut wings in two. 3. Dip in egg, roll in flour and pan fry until golden brown. 4. Mix sauce and pour over wings in a baking dish. 5. Place in a 350F oven. 6. Bake 45 minutes. 7. Serve with rice. |
