These are my family's favourites. They are very juicy and yummy! Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings |
3 eggs (beaten) |
2 cups flour |
4 tablespoons vegetable oil |
6 tablespoons soya sauce |
6 tablespoons water |
2 cups white sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup vinegar |
Directions:
1. Cut chicken wings at the joint(I discard the tip). 2. Roll in eggs and then in flour. 3. Fry in veg oil until golden. 4. Put in casserole dish. 5. Mix ingredients for sauce together and pour over chicken. 6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes; take out half way through to turn the wings over to cover them completely with the sauce. Enjoy ! |
