curry has become international cuisine now, this is the japanese version, it's really good Ingredients:
500 grams of beef, cubed |
1 onion, cubed |
1 potato, cubed |
1 carrot, cubed |
1 pack or japanese curry block |
water |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. using low heat use alittle oil to slowly saute onion until very soft 2. turn the heat into medium heat add water and beef , cook for 20 mins 3. add the rest of the ingridients 4. taste, season with salt and pepper 5. serve with steamed rice |
