Glass noodle korean stew serve with shirataki (add 15 cals) Ingredients:
1/2 onion |
1/2 carrot, julienned |
1/4 zucchini, julienned |
1 cup snow peas |
1/2 cup mushrooms |
1 tsp garlic |
3 tbsp soy sauce |
1/2 tbsp sugar |
Directions:
1. sautee onion, garlic in water 2. add carrot, snow peas, mushrooms, zucchini 3. when softened add soy sauce. 4. When cooked add sugar and stir until glazed. 5. Stir in cooked shirataki. |
