Great with butter and maple syrup and applesauce. Ingredients:
2 slightly beaten eggs |
1 cup milk |
1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
4 large potatoes (shredded) |
1 tablespoon oil |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients, except oil. 2. Pour oil in pan and heat. 3. Pour pancake size amount and cook till golden brown on both sides. 4. Serve. |
