Taste great and easy to serve on individual muffin cups. Ingredients:
1 cup margarine |
2 cups flour |
1/2 cup powdered sugar |
4 eggs |
2 cups sugar |
6 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
4 tablespoons flour |
Directions:
1. Layer 1:. 2. Blend as for a pie. 3. Pat into 9x13 pan. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. 5. Layer 2:. 6. Beat 4 eggs gradually adding the 2 cups of sugar. 7. Add lemon juice, and salt. 8. Blend well. 9. Fold in flour. 10. Pour over crust and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. 11. When completely cooled, sprinkle with powedered sugar. 12. Slice and serve. |
