This was originally given to us as an apple pie recipe, but we like it better with blueberries. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
3 tablespoons powdered sugar |
10 tablespoons butter |
4 cups blueberries |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/3 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup sugar |
3/4 cup flour |
1/3 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Crust: Mix flour and sugar; add butter. Pat into large pie pan and cover edges with strips of foil, if desired,. 2. Filling: Combine blueberries, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice; place in crust. Spot butter on top. 3. Topping: Mix sugar and flour. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press on top. 4. Bake at 375* for 50 minutes. |
