This recipe was given to me by a friend. I always keep some of this on-hand throughout the summer. It isn't just great on chips, it is great with other foods too. Ingredients:
1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed |
1 11 oz can white shoepeg corn |
1/2 cup chopped green pepper |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 large tomato, diced |
1/2 tsp. garlic powder |
dressing |
1/2 cup zesty italian salad dressing |
3/4 tsp. tabasco |
1/2 tsp. chili powder |
1 tablespoon cilantro |
Directions:
1. Mix together the first six ingredients. Then mix together the dressing. Pour the dressing over the other ingredients and stir gently. |
