Overnight breakfast casserole Ingredients:
1 cup light brown sugar |
1/2 cup melted butter |
2 tablespoons light corn syrup |
1 dash nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 loaf french bread |
6 eggs |
2 cups milk |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, melted butter, corn syrup and spices. 2. Spread into buttered 9x13 dish. 3. Lay sliced french bread on top. 4. Mix eggs, milk vanilla. 5. Pour over french bread. 6. Refridgerate overnight. 7. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees 35-40 minutes. 8. Flip french bread over (syrup side up) before serving. |
