Jane's Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients:
1 stick(s) butter(melted)
1 whole(s) chopped med onion
10 oz package(s) cooked, drained and chopped spinach
1 package(s) corn tortillas(frozen)
2 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic salt (optional)
16 ounce(s) grated cheddar cheese
2 4oz can(s) green chilis
2 pound(s) ground beef
1/4 cup(s) milk
1 can(s) rotel tomatoes
1 cup(s) sour cream
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Spray 9x13 casserole dish.
3. Brown meat and onion together. Add Rotel tomatoes and spinach.
4. Dip frozen tortillas in melted butter and line baking dish. Top with meat mixture. Cover meat mixture with the green chilis. Layer second half of tortillas dipped in butter.
5. Mix mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic salt and milk together in small bowl. Spread over top of tortillas. Refrigerate overnight.
6. Top with grated cheese and bake at 325 degrees until bubbly..about 35-40 minutes.
