Got this from a friend. It is just a great warm comfort food. I add more chicken than recipe calls for. Ingredients:
1 lb mild mexican velveeta |
1 c milk |
4 cans cream of chicken soup |
1 pt half and half |
1 can rotel diced tomatoes and green chili's |
1 cup shredded cooked chicken |
chili powder to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together 2. Heat thoroughly and pour over tortilla chips 3. Grate cheese over soup |
