Country Legends Jan Howard wrote, Recently I had some friends over for lunch and made these. Everybody raved and wanted the recipe. Instead of the large muffin pans I used the small ones. What was left over I froze and had sweet snacks for a week. Read more . Delicious! Ingredients:
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup all purpose flour |
2 large eggs |
1/2 cup butter or margarine |
Directions:
1. Combine the first three ingredients. Make well in the center. Beat eggs till foamy. Stir together eggs and butter...add to above ingredients. Fill muffin cups to 2/3 full. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. |
