Jamon Con Pina - Ham With Pineapple |

Very quick and easy to make. My grandmother's standby when she didn't feel like cooking. Ingredients:
1 ham steak |
1 tablespoon mustard |
2 slices canned pineapple |
1/8 teaspoon clove |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix brown sugar, mustard, and cloves. 2. Coat both sides of ham steak with mixture. 3. Put in broiler or on grill for 10 minutes or until sugar melts 4. Put pineapple on top for last few minutes. |
