Lacking some ingredients but wanting a sweet, fruity and sticky combo for a glaze for a ham I was making, I whipped this up and am in love with the flavour! Ingredients:
1 ham, precooked |
2 tablespoons strawberry jam |
125 ml apricot jam |
2 1/2 tablespoons molasses |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 1/2 tablespoons honey |
Directions:
1. Heat ham per directions. 2. Combine ingredients in a small saucepan 45 min prior to serving time. 3. Warm evenly just prior to glazing precooked ham. 4. With oven at 375, coat ham in a dry pan with warmed glaze. 5. Continue to add glaze every 10 minutes until service. |
