Thinly coat a leg of lamb with this rub before roasting. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons sea salt |
1 teaspoon black peppercorns |
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary |
1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme |
3 fresh sage leaves |
1 garlic, peeled |
1 lemon, rind of, grated |
Directions:
1. In a small chopper combine the ingredients and chop. |
