Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
4 eggs, beaten |
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar |
1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, beating until well blended. Pour filling into pastry shell. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Cool before slicing. |
