Jambalaya, easy to cook tastes great. Ingredients:
1 can rotel tomatoes |
1 can stewed tomatoes |
1 can chicken broth |
1 onion |
1 bell pepper |
1 clove garlic |
1 cup butter |
1 smoked sausage |
2 chicken breasts |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning |
Directions:
1. Cook bell peppers, onions and garlic in a skillet until sauteed well use butter. 2. Let sit overnight. 3. Dump in with chicken and sausage allow to boil then add minute rice. 4. Simmer for 20 minutes and serve. |
