3 large onions, chopped |
3 large green peppers, chopped |
3 celery ribs, chopped |
1-1/2 cups butter |
12 garlic cloves, minced |

9 cups chicken broth |
6 cups uncooked long grain rice |

1/2 cup minced fresh parsley |
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce |
3 tablespoons browning sauce, optional |
1 tablespoon salt |
1 tablespoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In several large skillets, saute the onions, green peppers and celery in butter until crisp-tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer.
