Ingredients:
1 lb. ham, cut into chunks
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 onions, cut into chunks
2 green peppers cut into chunks
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. hot sauce (use more or less according to your taste)
1 tbsp. cajun seasoning
2 cloves garlic, diced
1 tsp. thyme
1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions:
1. Instructions
2. Put all ingredients except shrimp in slow cooker. Cook all day (the longer, the better).
3. One hour before serving, add shrimp and turn slow cooker up to high.
4. Variations: Can substitute sausage or chicken for ham.
5. Notes: Serve over rice and eat yourself full.
6. Serving quantity: Serves 4 people or 1 Cajun.
