Great and easy one skillet family favorite. Ingredients:
6 ounces jambalaya rice |
1 lb beef sausage |
4 chicken breasts |
6 ounces baby shrimp |
Directions:
1. Slice sausage into 1/4 inch pieces. 2. Brown sausage in skillet. 3. Remove sausage from skillet. 4. Cube chicken breast into bite size pieces. 5. Brown chicken in same skillet as sausage. 6. Remove chicken from skillet. 7. Cook rice in same skillet following package directions. 8. Half way through cooking time add sausage, chicken and shrimp. 9. Cook for remaining time. |
