From a Jamba Juice in Chicago via the ABC7 recipes. Ingredients:
1 cup apple juice |
1 cup frozen strawberry |
1/2 cup frozen banana |
1 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt or 1 cup vanilla soy yogurt |
1/2 cup ice |
Directions:
1. Pour the apple juice in the blender. 2. Add the strawberries, bananas, frozen yogurt and ice cubes. 3. Blend until smooth with a thick consistency. 4. If Vegan use suitable sugar. |
