Got this in email from gourmet-recipes-from-around-the-world. Think this one will be used over the Memorial day weekend relaxing al fresco after getting the last of the tomatoes planted. Thank you letscook! Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces rum |
1/2 ounce cointreau liqueur |
1/2 ounce lime juice, fresh squeezed |
2 dashes angostura bitters |
4 ounces ginger beer |
Directions:
1. Mix first 4 ingredients over crushed ice in a tall glass. 2. Top off with 4 ounces of chilled ginger beer. |
