This comes from Great Garlic Recipes cookbook. Ingredients:
1/2 cup dark rum |
2 tablespoons lime juice or 2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced |
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced |
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Place chicken in food storage bag. Pour marinade over chicken. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, turning bag once or twice. 2. Spray grill with cooking spray. Grill chicken until no longer pink. |
