From a PBS show, Pati's Mexican Table. MMmmmm refreshing! Ingredients:
2 cups hibiscus syrup, jamaica concentrate |
3/4 cup mango, peeled pitted and diced |
shredded coconut (optional) |
rum (optional, not too much or they won't freeze) |
Directions:
1. Pour 2 cups of jamaica concentrate into 8, 4 ounce molds. 2. Add pieces of mango, and coconut. 3. Place in freezer until set and frozen, about 4 to 5 hours. 4. Enjoy! |
