Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound) |
1/4 cup minced green onion |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
2 large garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, EXCEPT chicken, in a large plastic bag. 2. Add chicken, close bag and mix to coat chicken as evenly as possible. Refrigerate 30 minutes or overnight. 3. Grill or broil, 4 or 5 inches from heat, for 10-12 minutes or until desired. |
