From Caribbean Cooking by John DeMars. Nothing could be more Jamaican than Tia Maria, perhaps the island's single best-known export.

Ingredients:

6 cups hot coffee

3/4 cup tia maria

sugar

Directions:

1. Fill 6 warmed cups 3/4 full of hot coffee, then pour in Tia Maria to top.
2. Sweeten lightly with sugar and serve.
